winter..again???

I really thought we were slowly moving into spring.

Wrong!

When I woke up I heard some birds, but when I stepped outside I could only think they were talking to each other about the weather. Soooo cold.

I was happy to bring the groceries to the old lady and sit down with her with a cup of coffee and a piece of applepie. Took quite a while to get warm again.

We didn’t get the snow that was announced, but I heard the wind and lots of rain and hail during the night.

Instead of me going home, my brother came over in the afternoon and we went to town to buy him some clothes. He needs to attend a wedding and he’ll look very handsome.

As a thank you he invited me for a small dinner in a very cozy restaurant.
Ofcourse we had steak and mushrooms, his favorite, and my favorite ice with chocolate.
I told him he was free to ask me to go shopping with him every saturday.

My mom asked him to take a heavy bag to me.
It was full with cans and pots, so there’s no much cooking needed next week.
She even gave some chicken and meatloaf.

I’m happy with it.
Some days I’m really tired when I come home and I don’t always feel like cooking.
